The images displayed on the website are not to scale. Please refer to the size options for exact measurements. Also the colors displayed on the web site are the closest match to the color of the decals shipped. However there may be a slight variation due to image display on screen and actual vinyl. All the trademarks and pictures used are registered property of OEM.
Pricing :
All the prices stated on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Taxes and additional charges, as applicable, will be added.
Cancellation of Order :
During processing of your order request or delivery through our distribution channel, if the order placed does not fulfill these Terms and Conditions of Service, Classic Stripes reserves the right to cancel the order. You will be notified about the action.
Refunds/Return Policy :
Our decals are cut to order and therefore Classic Stripes cannot accept returns if you change your mind and would like to exchange for something else or if you want to change the color or your approximation on the measurement was wrong. Classic Stripes does not offer a refund/exchange for items ordered in error. You can call us if you would like to clarify anything before purchasing. However if the product is damaged when delivered, please return it in the packaging in the state it was received within 10 business days to the Retailer from whom it was purchased, and we will send a replacement subject to availability and also the authenticity of the claim put forward.
Order Request :
You can consult our list of Dealer’s available on the Classic Stripes website. We are committed to delivering the best quality products to you. However, in case of any damages due to unforeseeable and unavoidable reasons, Classic Stripes shall not be held responsible for the same. We will make every effort to rectify the situation, if possible, but we do not provide a guarantee on the same.
Restricted reuse of service :
You hereby acknowledge that you will not reproduce, sell, resell, duplicate, and copy any part of the service for any commercial purpose.
Application :
Classic Stripes is not responsible for damage to the decals or any surface it is being applied to during application by the customer. If you as a customer are not certain about the decal installation procedure, it is your sole responsibility to seek this information from a qualified source, such as the Retailer.
Classic Stripes provides application instructions on the site. Classic Stripes also provides detailed application instructions specific to each product, within the packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the instructions. Classic Stripes will not be responsible for any damage to the decal or the surface it is being applied to in case the instructions are not followed. Classic Stripes will assist in any additional application questions that you may have.
Governing Law :
By visiting Classic Stripes, you agree that the laws of India, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Classic Stripes or its affiliates.
Local Laws :
Classic Stripes makes no representation that materials in this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where any of the contents of this site are illegal is prohibited.
